Back in July last year we were in the throes of reopening after the Covid 19 pandemic, and to be honest I was unsure of the future. Longstanding user groups had all had the opportunity to reassess their future and some had chosen to wind down and therefore not come back.

It was a worrying time. Now in the full light of day it’s good to see the centre thriving and moving forward better than I could have anticipated.

The centre is looking and working better than ever and this is testament to the staff old and new who have worked tirelessly to get and keep everything up together. We are lucky to be blessed with staff that all go above and beyond to make all our users experience a positive one. And I for one am most grateful to them.

Here’s to moving forward and making the centre the best it can be and to remain the centre that Ross deserves.

Bookings for the main hall remain positive, but if you need a space for a party or celebration we have the lounge bar up to 70 people with a bar. Some dates still available. If you want to raise money for a registered charity then we can help. We offer 3 chances a year, room rental free of charge to allow you to raise the best possible amount. This year we still have 2 chances left. Just call and speak to manager Debbie.

Our community pop in lunches are now fully up and running. No age limit, you just need to book. Our next one is Wednesday June 1st. book before close of business Monday 30th May Delicious 2 Course Meal, followed by Tea or Coffee.
